Description

The foundational layer of local SEO — maintained for you, every month.

Every other listings product is a dashboard you log into. Ours is a team that does it for you. The entire intake is one step: send the GBP link.

Most “citation services” hand you a one-time push and a spreadsheet. We run an ongoing program that keeps your client’s entity data clean, consistent, and actually indexed across the ecosystem — the work that compounds month over month.

And we don’t do it by hand. Listings are pushed through direct API and FTP integrations, not manual data entry by a VA. Faster distribution, fewer human errors, and a NAP that stays synced as the data travels.

What's included every month

Core platform sync

  • Google
  • Bing
  • Yelp
  • Apple Maps

Data aggregators

(the trust sources that feed the entire downstream ecosystem):

  • Data Axle
  • Foursquare
  • Localeze

22 platforms

Distribution & reach:

Most services cover Google, Apple, and Bing and call the mapping job finished. We sync 22 GPS and mapping platforms — including Waze, Uber, TomTom, and HERE. When your client’s customers navigate, your client is on the map. Literally.

  • 40+ authority business listings
  • 22 GPS and mapping platforms — including TomTom, HERE, Waze, and Uber (where we shine)

Protection & integrity:

  • Auto-reject edits (lock down your data)
  • Duplicate suppression
  • Real-time data syndication to top platforms

Signal reinforcement:

Building citations isn’t enough if nobody indexes them. We push your signals through two sub-tiers of indexing so your listings don’t just exist — they count.

  • Two sub-tiers of indexing to push and reinforce your citation signals so they’re seen and counted

Plus: ongoing reporting.

Where most tools stop, we start

Here’s the part nobody talks about: most listing tools confirm a push. We start at the data aggregators — the source that feeds every downstream directory — and then actively push indexation in two tiers so the signals you build actually register.

And our GPS/mapping reach isn’t a footnote. While most services quietly cover Google, Apple, and Bing and call the mapping job done, we sync 22 navigation and mapping platforms — the kind of automotive and rideshare reach (Waze, Uber, TomTom, HERE) most providers don’t even list.

Many monthly tools never reach all the data aggregators — and the aggregators are the source that feeds every downstream directory. That’s not where we finish. That’s where we start.

Why this is a monthly service — and why that’s the right model

Citation data isn’t “set and forget.” Listings drift, duplicates resurface, aggregators refresh, and platforms update. A monthly program keeps the foundation clean continuously instead of letting it decay between one-time pushes.

It also means the benefits compound:

  • Clean aggregated data keeps distributing accurate NAP outward across hundreds of downstream sites
  • Auto-rejected edits hold your hard-won consistency in place
  • Indexing ensures the signals you’re building actually register
  • Time in the ecosystem is the multiplier — the longer the data stays consistent and live, the stronger the entity trust becomes

Why it’s still affordable

Many providers charge $150+ for data aggregator distribution alone — often billed yearly, frequently as a one-time submission with no ongoing sync, no indexing, and limited platform reach. Our monthly price covers the aggregators plus the authority listings, 22 GPS/mapping platforms, duplicate suppression, edit lock, two-tier indexing, and reporting — maintained continuously.

  • 11–50 locations: $25

The simplest onboarding in the industry

No VA required. No data entry on your end. No dashboard to learn. Send us the GBP link — our team does the rest.

What to expect

This is foundational, compounding work — not an overnight switch. Data takes time to travel across the ecosystem; that’s how the system is designed. The payoff is durability: month over month, consistent and indexed listings build the entity trust that everything else in local SEO depends on.

Your data, your call

No contracts. Cancel anytime. And if you do, you keep your data.

Best for: establishing and maintaining NAP consistency and the foundational entity signals every local campaign relies on.

How We Compare — vs. Synup Listings Pro

Most monthly listing tools are software you operate. We’re a service that’s done for you — and we go deeper where it counts: named aggregator sources, unmatched GPS/mapping reach, and active two-tier indexing.

Per-location add-on

The catch most agencies miss: Synup’s $35 is an add-on. To use it, you first need a platform subscription starting at $79/month. So the real entry cost to get one client’s listings managed is $35/location on top of a platform fee — before you’ve done anything. We’re a flat $29/location, no platform, no minimum, nothing to learn.

Before you buy

What actually happens when you cancel

Most listings providers are vague about this, and there's a reason. If the service is a subscription lease, canceling means the listings you paid to build roll back — and saying so upfront costs sales.

We'll just tell you.

Two honest caveats

Several data aggregators require periodic re-syncing to hold claimed status, so those will eventually drift back to unclaimed without an active feed. And edit protection ends when the service does — once we're not monitoring, third parties can suggest changes again.

That's the real answer: listings persist, active maintenance stops.

Frequently Asked Questions

What happens if I cancel?

Your listings stay live. We don’t revert your business data — profiles remain claimed and active with the corrected information already in place. The one exception is several of the data aggregators, which require periodic re-syncing to maintain claimed status; over time those will drift back to unclaimed. Everything else you built, you keep. No contracts, cancel anytime — just let us know before your renewal date.

Is $29 a monthly price or an annual commitment?

$29 is the straight monthly price per location. Not an annual rate divided by twelve, not a discounted prepay. It drops to $25/location at 11+ locations. No platform fee, no minimum, no long-term commitment.

I use call tracking on the GBP. Will you overwrite it with the main business number?

No. During onboarding there’s an optional additional details field where you provide secondary phone numbers, including your tracking number. We sync what you give us — we don’t pull the main number from the GBP and push it everywhere. If you’re running call tracking, put it in that field and it’s handled.

How is this different from Yext?

Three things. Yext is software you or your VA operate; ours is done for you — send the GBP link and our team handles it. Yext runs largely on a subscription-lease model, so canceling can roll back listings you paid to build; our work stays yours. And we start at the data aggregators (Data Axle, Foursquare, Localeze) before moving to 40+ authority listings, 22 GPS and mapping platforms including Waze, Uber, TomTom, and HERE, plus voice assistant and AI/LLM entity alignment.

What if a client stops paying me?

Tell us before the renewal date and we’ll cancel on our end. No long-term commitment, no cancellation fee, and the listings don’t disappear or revert.

How fast will I see results?

Your baseline report comes first, then a progress report within two business days of onboarding. Full ecosystem propagation takes longer by design — data has to travel. If something shows unsynced on that first progress report, that’s normal; the initial push gets rescanned and platforms don’t always pick up immediately.

Is this white label?

Yes. Your client never sees a dashboard or our branding. Reports are built to hand over as-is.

What do you actually need from me?

The Google Business Profile URL. Optional extras — secondary phone numbers, service categories, hours, additional business details — help us match existing listings more precisely and prevent overwrites.
